All persons who are included in this list are high-rank specialists intheir fields of research. Among them there are world known scientists ofolder generation (Adler, Arnowitt, De Witt, Misner, Wheeler and many others) and young talented physicists who actively investigate the frontiers ofPhysics.
The full number of western participants exceeds 100. Compare it with 60participants at the First Sakharov Conference, 5 years ago. The increase inthe number of participants reflects the fact that the programme of the Conference is of great interest for physicists through the world.

The cost of Conference is estimated in 100,000$. Untill now, 2/3 ofnecessary sum is covered from different sources.
